Nelson Eusebio, a founder of the Collective Action to Protect our Stores, a coalition of 10,000 New York businesses, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on "Inside City Hall" Tuesday night to talk more about the coalition’s suggestions for combatting retail theft.
"We've always had shoplifting, but now it's worse than before," Eusebio said.
